Townhouse Construction in Alderley
Vati Projects recently completed a townhouse construction in Alderley in Brisbane’s northside. This project involved completion of 4 townhouses. 3 of these were new construction builds and one was the restoration of an old Queenslander. The Queenslander style house was raised and renovated to modernise its appeal and increase its internal living area. All townhouses feature modern finishes and colours giving it a fresh executive feel. Grained timber flooring is laid throughout, integrated with tiles on the bottom levels. The kitchen features timber veneer cabinetry with an open plan island bench which is perfect for entertaining. The colour design incorporates whites & grey tones, with feature lighting highlighed throughout that provides an sophisticated ambience though both night and day. Bathrooms and ensuites are fully tiled in a neutral colour palette and feature modern slimline fixtures and fittings. Overall these townhouses are very beautifully presented and will provide a lovely open-planed home.
The townhouse development was very straightforward and construction completed in a timely manner. The design of the units enabled the whole development to continue to maintain its Queenslander style character with the pitched roof and wrap-around verandah, whilst also allowing the newer units to integrate a more modern feel. The three-storey height of the modern units capitalised on the position of the property giving these units sweeping views over Brisbane and its northern suburbs.
