Current Project Update – Unit Development in Bulimba
We are currently mid-way through a three-story unit development construction in Bulimba. The development, City Views, consists of 6 new units and the renovation of an old Queenslander-style house .
This development was significant enough to capture the attention of Courier Mail Real Estate editors, Michele Hele and Paula Shearer, who wrote an editorial in the Courier Mail on 4 Oct 2014 titled “Old and New Share Views” once construction commenced. Their article focused on the integration of the new development with the renovation and restoration of the 100+ year old house in one of Brisbane most iconic suburbs.
The project has been designed by Ian Webb Architects and includes the following features:
