Darra Post Office
In 2017, Vati Projects constructed a new commercial tilt-slab facility for an Australia Post Office in Darra, QLD. Our clients came to us as our team at Vati Projects have a great reputation as a reliable local Brisbane Commercial Builder. The clients had purchased a vacant block of land, and needed assistance in the development and construction of their building facility.
Vati Projects assisted with co-ordination of all consultants in the design of the building and through council approval phase. Once the approvals were in place, the client engaged us to construction the concrete tilt-panel warehouse and external works including carpark, driveway and fencing.
This entire job took approximately 3 months to complete, consisting of a building with approx. floor area of 396sqm including amenities, warehousing and offices and retail, a large concrete carpark (9 parks) and delivery bay, landscaping and fencing, associated earthworks and civil works.
