Camp Hill Marketplace (Whites Hill Shopping Centre Village extension), Camp Hill

In 2016, we completed an undercover carpark project for the Whites Hill Shopping Centre extension redevelopment in Camp Hill, Brisbane. The carpark was part of a new shopping centre construction and is approximately 1800sqm in size incorporating 38 carparks, dual side access and ramps, amenities, services, and a overland flow water runoff area. The project involved significant earthworks including rock excavation, engineered design, concreting, kerbing and footpath, installation of speed humps, safety signs and mirrors, tactiles and disability access requirements, lift installation, linemarking, parking safety measures and a bike racks. Red Hill Doctors Surgery, Red Hill

Vati Projects completed a vary large driveway and carpark project for the Red Hill Doctors Surgery. The original carpark was a bare gravel, rock and dirt carpark. Our project involved earthworks, concreting,  kerbing and footpath, installation of speed humps, safety signs and mirrors, tactiles and disability access requirements, linemarking, parking safety measures and a bike rack. The carpark and driveway alone needed 850 sq meters of concrete.  More photos available of the progress – click here

 Smart-Start Early Learning Centre, Redbank Plains

Recently we completed another carpark for a Childcare Centre located in Redbank Plains. The works were performed over a tight timeframe, ensuring the centre continued its operation during the construction. Vati Projects can also assist in the design of “difficult” carparking requirements, enabling effective of previously unusable spaces. We designed and constructed this multi-level stepped carpark and bin storage area for a retail shop along one of the most busiest streets in Brisbane’s inner western suburbs.

Eastside Early Learning Childcare Centre, Gumdale

The below carpark was construction as part of the Eastside Early Learning Childcare Centre construction in Gumdale, Brisbane. It utilised tandem carparks to maximise the carpark space avialable, which worked well for the building facility use and staff parking.
