Additionally we also offer our commercial maintenance service – this service enables you as the shopping centre owner to have an outsourced one-point-of call company to look after all of the building needs.
We will inspect and report quarterly, half-yearly or annually on any upcoming building works requiring attention. In addition, we would be a single point of call for any emergency maintenance requirements. We would engage our team of trusted pre-qualified subcontractors to perform works if necessary, and invoice you on a callout or monthly basis.
Alternatively, you can engage us to be the point-of-call and request 3 independent quotes for works to be done, we are flexible and able to adapt to your service requirements.. This can help reduce your time, headaches and paperwork on maintaining your shopping centre.
