We have been engaging Vati Projects Pty Ltd (Director Vasilis Hatzioannou) as a building and facility maintenance contractor for our Yeerongpilly premises since 2014. Vati Projects staff and subcontractors are professional and responsive in their work, and able to assist us with both urgent and programmed maintenance requirements. They operate with good procedures including inductions, personal protective equipment (theirs and our own), safety work method statements, provision of annual insurance certificates and all general health and safety requirements. Vasilis is readily accessible day or night to assist us when needed. Having a construction company director on call is a great example of the open communication and immediate responsive work ethic they provide us. Vati Projects redesigned and renovated our 30 year old investment property – a house that had been trashed by tenants. Vasilis and Tina were enthusiastic, helpful and supportive from the start.
